About this house rental
Island home with direct access to Matlacha Pass. A 2-story property equipped with a pool and spa, high-speed internet, smart TV's, and smart home applications. Enjoy the balconies with sunrise and sunset views. Kayak directly off the back dock from the properties private kayak launch . You can fish right off the back dock, bike, or walk to the local shops/restaurants and the world famous Matlacha bridge, which is less than half a mile away. 2 Kayaks and 2 bicycles are included in the rental.

Upstairs, you will find the masterbedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bath, laundry, coffee bar, kitchen, main living amenities, balconies in both the front and back of the house, as well as a single bed sleeper sofa.
Downstairs, enjoy direct access to the pool, spa, grill, and patio dining. A guest bedroom with a queen bed. Main living with a breakfast table for two, a queen bed sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bath.

Our 2nd stay and both have been fantastic, very clean and easy to stay for a couple of day's. Pool and deck are fantastic areas to relax and share the fishing stories of the day.

This by far was the cleanest home we have ever rented. The host was top notch. Communication couldn't have been better. Will definitely try to make it back as soon as we can.
