The backside view to the water was great. The space inside the house was more than adequate. The accommodations outlined on booking.com were, on the surface, accurate.
Our check in was delayed due to an injury incurred by the previous tenants, which resulted in blood found on the guest bedroom door. The rules regarding hot tub operations, no music outside, possible removal from premise based on noise, monetary penalties for grill cleaning, were certainly not expected or appreciated. We asked for and received 8:00am hot tub operation, but then it also quit mid afternoon. Neighbors were certainly not receptive to our presence . House furniture and kitchen cookware and utensils are flea market quality. If you pursue, bring whatever you'll need for cooking and don't be too particular as to furnishings or bed linens.
