House has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 w/tubs - great for large or multiple families. The Great Room/Kitchen area opens to our private pool (can be heated for an additional fee). Gourmet kitchen!

The House sleeps 14-16 - 3-5 minute walk to the beach! Save money - no "resort fee"! We are located 2 blocks from Frangista's private beach access, just a 3-5 minute walk. No driving to get to a beach is needed.
House has a Tankless Water Heater - never run out of hot water!
First Floor:
1 Queen bedroom & Private Bathroom with Tub, 1 King bedroom & Private Bathroom with shower, Open Kitchen, Dining, Great Room with 3 couches (1 of them is a queen sleeper) plus a Half Bath
2nd Floor
3 King Bedrooms with Private bathrooms & showers, 1 Bunk Room & Private Bathroom with tub, Has 2 Full Sized Beds in the Bunk, plus Twin Trundle (pull out)
Great Room has a 65” 4K Roku TV
Queen and King Suites have 55” 4K Roku TV’s, Bunk Room has a 42” Roku TV
The house has Cox gigablast internet, WiFi download speeds are 325-400 mbs down, 32-35 mbs up in every room (tested on iPhone 11 Pro) Ethernet to the router is 980ish down and 32-35 up.

Host was very accommodating ! House was clean and afforded everything we needed. Good pool and great loungers to layout on. Golf cart and beach service a great plus. Bedrooms large. Would difficulty stay here again.

The property was fairly new. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children ranging from 6-68, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had some minor issues upon arrival. The pool heater was on and unable to use pool a few days but upon contacting owner he walked us through how to turn pool heater off and it took 2-3 days to cool down so we could use the pool. We had a great time!

This is my second time staying here. I absolutely love the house, location and the hosts! So convenient for the private or public beach and love having all the extras included so I don’t have to worry about beach chairs and gear, since it’s included! The new patio furniture was a hit, I think we spent most of our time outside since we grilled dinner. I also recommend asking the hosts (quick to respond) about local places to eat….found a new Indian restaurant that was super delicious thanks to them! The new dining room table let us enjoy the 9 dishes we ordered for lunch from Holi (the Indian restaurant) with room to spare 😂. I’LL BE BACK!

I cannot say enough about this property. It was so very nice. There was 12 in our group. We come to destin every year and all of my family said this was just absolutely wonderful. The owners answered very quickly with any little problem we had. The pool was nice. I would give it 10 stars.
