The staff were amazing. They brought us wood and laid them in our fireplace whenever we left to explore. They made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the stay playing with the animals and riding their bicycles. I like the fact that there was no tv. Lol. But it made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Lake Glencairn is absolutely stunning beautiful chalet with the back drop of the Drakensberg moutains and the stunning lake. We had the two-bedroom unit with the fireplace and this kept us all warm and toasty over the weekend.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Cell reception is not the greatest, but not really an issue.

The place was good but not great. Good value-for-money, but small things, like no gas in the gas stove, a fire place but no lighter or matches.
Every mug except one had chips.
