the cafe area downstairs is really nice and it's lovely with the park across the road. there is a little supermarket nearby which is ideal for buying food to make in the kitchen. Very friendly lovely staff!

The staff was friendly, the room simple and clean, small but that encouraged me to go out and explore. Plus bathroom & water pressure was great. And umbrellas available to borrow during rain, so sweet. The location was a bit off the beaten path, but an easy walk to more bustling streets. I picked the place for the fact it was in the NE, away from the "busy" neighborhoods. And it was across from a park, made the stay overall more integrated than straight tourist.
Construction was happening next door and woke me up one morning. Also didn't realize there are multiple "AND HOSTEL" properties. They were very kind in helping me get to the right one when I went to a wrong one, but something to be aware of then navigating with jet lag.
