Buen gusto, cómodo, buena ubicación.

The location, is great. Quite street and close to the subway. Walking distance from Senso-ji. Staff came to clean everyday. Quick to respond to requests. Free coffee machine. Easy access to a laundry place.
Room was a bit tight for a family of 4. Sharing toilet and bathroom with other guests was also disappointing, as we have kids and the other guests would walk around in boxers. The floors made noise at every step (resulting in breaking the no noise at night rule)

The common areas and room were VERY clean and comfortable. They were quick to respond when I had some questions. Checking in and out was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook our meals. We especially appreciated that they were able to keep our lugguge until we were ready to leave. The coin laundry on the first floor was spacious and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the record player! Very nice touch! Note: We were in room 3 on the 3rd floor. The room was furthest away from the common rooms.
On the booking.com site, under "facilities" it does not mention that there is a coin operated facility on the first floor. I almost did not book this place because it was not mentioned. It would have helped me and future guests to know they have this option.
