This place should not be available for rent!

Location is great

DO NO STAY HERE unless the host assures you he fixed the infiltration and mold in the restroom!! It is impossible to stay in the apt with the windows closed, the smell is awful and it isn’t safe at all, esp for babies, elderlies or people with asthma. The smell is nauseating and for sure has been a problem for some time and nothing has been done about it. There are cracks on the ceiling and some walls due to infiltration. This place should not be available for rent

The apartment is small but nicely furnished. The apartment is located in the courtyard of the house, it was quite quiet, and we could hear just little noise from the street. Even though the house is old and the walls and doors are very thin, the neighbors are very calm. Very close to the Picpus Metro station. There is a small grocery and bakeries nearby. This apartment is perfect for two or one, but there were four of us so it was tight.

When we arrived, we felt a strange smell though the apartment had just been cleaned. Also, the floor in the room was weightless and very sticky. There was a small closet in the bedroom, but it was full of clothes and various things. The main problems were in the bathroom: no normal ventilation, silicone on the floor, and walls with mold. Floor tiles get loos and water goes under the tiles, we were afraid that we might flood the neighbors. The shower faucet was broken, and it was difficult to regulate the water.

Plutôt très bien mais points négatifs apparemment temporaires

Appartement au 4eme étage (sans ascenseur) très bien situé, au calme, donne sur cour intérieure, à 120m d'une station de métro, bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, boulangerie, marchand de fruits et légumes au pied de l'immeuble, restaurants et Franprix non loin. Un super accueil et une communication plus que parfaite, encore merci pour le petit cadeau d'accueil!

Gros bémol pour l'odeur nauséabonde présente dans l'appartement. Nous avons été prévenues à notre arrivée qu'il y avait un problème d'odeur due aux canalisations, qui est apparemment temporaire. Ça été vraiment désagréable, nous sommes restés le moins possible présents dans le logement car nous ne supportions plus..Gros problème d'humidité dans la salle de bain, au vu des moisissures présentes au plafond..C'est vraiment dommage car sinon il n'y aurait pas eu de points négatifs!
