Very convenient neighborhood with grocers, bakeries and many home and clothing shops. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking full meals. The apartment was clean and well maintained.

We spend 5 days in the apartment and had a pretty nice experience. The landlord answered quickly and was very accommodating.It was a rather small space for 3 people but it still worked. The kitchen included everything we needed and the appartment was clean.Although the appartment isn‘t in the center of the city, you have good access to public transport.

Really good location for public transport, supermarket and bakeries. So many yummy pastries on the doorstep! The accommodation is smaller than it appears in the photos, really hot in the attic of the building (we stayed in late June) and it wasn’t the most comfortable stay for those reasons. Ideal in cooler weather for a maximum of two guests I would say.Stairs didn’t bother us as we’re fit and healthy, but could be a struggle for others.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues and lack of basic necessities. There was no toilet paper provided, which is a fundamental expectation. The bedding was in poor condition — the sheets and comforter had visible stains (what appeared to be sauce?), yellow discoloration, and hair. The pillows looked dirty, though the pillowcases seemed recently washed. Additionally, the hand soap bottle in the bathroom was empty, which added to the feeling that the space had not been properly prepared for guests.This property needs significant improvement in cleaning standards and attention to essential supplies. I would not recommend it in its current state. However, the location is very convenient for metro transportation!

This a great studio for a solo traveller, couple or family with young children. We travelled with our 7 and 3-year-olds - much older and I think it would’ve started to feel like too much of a squeeze because it is compact and there is not much standing space due to the pitched ceiling, but for us it was perfect. The area is great - loads of nice places to eat, and feels like ‘real Paris’. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is very comfy, though the sofa bed isn’t (fine for a short trip, or if you can persuade the kids to sleep on it…). No lift so be prepared for stairs, but it’s all part of the character of the building. Steven was very communicative (in French) and friendly. The metro is very close - we travelled every day to the centre or to Disneyland, and it was super easy. We also got the odd bus - again, very easy and fun to feel like you’re exploring and not just sticking to the touristy bits. Bathroom is nice but sink and shower and slow draining - a symptom of the age of the building I suspect!

The location of the apartment was ideal for what I needed. The small size, particularly the low ceilings, took some getting used to as I banged my head several times and had to get used to stooping around, especially anywhere need the bed. But after a couple days, it was no problem. Steven was a great host overall, but his communications were quite delayed, both for check in and check out. I got in and out just fine, but there was a bit of stress involved. If it were more than just me, I wouldn't stay again, but for a single occupant, a great and affordable stay.

It shouldn’t be legal to rent a place in this state. I was eventually able to get use to the tiny size of the place but I couldn’t get used to how dirty and unkept it was. It was obvious that customer’s experience was not a priority, from the dirty and worn out welcome mat, rug and sofa bed in the living area to the slow draining water in the shower. It was an effort not to let this dampen the holiday spirit and family vacation. Will not be returning. Don’t recommend. It shouldn’t be listed until properly deep cleaned.

Although the apartment I rented for a month met my needs, first impressions made me second guess my decision. I contacted the property manager Steven about my concerns. First time was because the key was not working in the door (I had read of this in other reviews of the property), so I had to call him. He had a woman translate between my english & his french. So if anyone reading this is considering renting this apartment, when unlocking the door, gently pull the doorknob toward you & the last part of unlocking will work. The 2nd time I reached out to Steven (via a WhatsApp msg) was to let him know my thoughts on ways to improve the overall experience. The area rug in the living area is grossly stained, as is the loveseat & throw pillows. I would attribute this to having no table/chairs because of the small apartment, so you have to eat in that area. The bathroom could use a deep clean, specifically the toilet & shower. Lastly, the dishes/utensils are all found on the turnaround, which is ok. The cutlery tray was gross with stains & stickyness. I ended up using dishes & cutlery & keeping it all on the countertop. Sorry if this sounds somewhat negative, but I think if improvements were made it would be a better place.

Steve is wonderful. We stayed 2 nights in Paris and it was great. I will say the apartment was very far from “city center” but it didn’t matter. The neighborhood is locals, I did not see any tourists. Communicating with Steve was also very very easy. He made the check in/out process great. If you plan to see all of the touristy things though you need to rely on the train system. The train station is very close by and we pay 23 euro for two days of using the train. The apartment is very small, but perfect size for 2 people. The windows in the flat also made our stay amazing as we could get fresh air and see the beautiful city. Would stay here again!!

Overall really enjoyed our stay in this teeny apartment! Beautiful building on a lovely, tree lined street with a stunning view if you peek your head out the window. Super close to public transit and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and pillows, surprisingly well equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a very nice bathroom. Quite clean with the exception of the sitting area rug which desperately needs to be shampooed or replaced. We were only provided half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap, but luckily there is a huge department store just a few steps from the unit so that was easily remedied. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay in Paris, and my husband and I would certainly stay again on our next trip to Paris.

The attic room was airless with the exception of two skylites. Once opened, a cat jumped in, off the roof. As a result, these could not be opened wide. There was NO fan. There were no small amenities such as a bottle of water, a couple of tea bags, or a drip coffee maker. Two towels but no hand towels. The small carpet was completely soiled and needed replacing or thorough cleaning.

Checking in started off bad when the front door wouldn’t open. When we contacted the host he told us to just play around with it and that the door worked well. After about 20 minutes of trying the neighbor got annoyed and came out to help us. The apartment itself was ok. It didn’t feel completely clean to us. There was a lot of dust and it seemed like it had quickly been wiped down, but not truly clean. There were stains on the rug and on the couch. The shower had mold along the door as well. We were informed that check in and check out instructions would be provided to us the day before, but every time we had to reach out to the host. In addition, instructions for WiFi weren’t super clear and when we contacted the host for help he seemed annoyed and a gave us a little attitude. Not sure if it was just a language barrier however. Something important to note is that there were no washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom. There was a small thing of hand soap that was almost empty and seemed like it might have been shampoo. In the kitchen there was no hand soap, only dish soap so washing hands really dried them out. There also was no bath mat so the bathroom got slippery and one of the towels we got had a hole in it. To conclude, this place was expensive and the customer service and apartment we got was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The Appartement was good. The Location at The Place de la Nation is very central with The Most Lines just a three Minute Walk from the Appartement. It’s one of the biggest infrastructure in whole Paris so it’s really busy at all day and night time. It’s not very noise due of the locations height and back placement. Although I wore ear plugs for the night but I’m very sensible so that’s not mandatory for someone else. The place was good cleaned and absolutely fitting with my expectations. I think the price was alright although the host saved toilet paper. On the other hand everything needed was there except a hair dryer. The contact was good. All in all we liked the trip very much and the Appartement fittet in well.

This is a residential area in Paris with plenty of restaurants, stores and easy metro access. The apartment had everything we needed and a fun view of Les Colonnes du Trône through skylight/windows. The only challenge, which is apparent in the pictures of the apartment, is a sloping roof line. My friend and I are both tall, around 6 ft. It was quite easy to hit our heads. Also, access to the far side of the bed is challenging because of the low ceiling. You also have to navigate 5 floors of stairs to get to the apartment. Good exercise! However, these were fairly minor inconveniences and I loved the apartment and living like a Parisian. I would happily stay again.

Our stay here was exactly what we were hoping for - It is in an ideal location to easily access metro/transit. The place was spotless when we arrived and Steven was wonderful at answering any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable too! It was cozy, clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Everything is accurate according to listing except for air conditioning. There is a portable air conditioner but doesn’t vent anywhere so you have as much hot air as cold air. Was told to vent out skylight window but tubing wouldn’t stay. It’s very clean and fantastic location but air conditioning was not happening

Steven’s place was perfect for the two of us. It is well located (metro station near by with main lines) and in a less busy area. The studio was very clean and Steven was great with communication and was very accommodating. We highly recommend Steven’s place for a stay in Paris but note that we would not recommend renting this place of you have more than 2 people.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very close to a main metro station which made it easy to get to all parts of Paris. The apartment was small but fit four of us just fine. We loved our stay and recommend for a nice weekend trip.

The apartment smelled very strongly of smoke and fragrances used to cover up the smell of smoke. It was decently clean but there was a lot of dust around the lamps especially and the shower was moldy. Close to a metro station though and some good restaurants and a nice little park.

Absolutely loved this little apartment. We (my wife,11 yr old daughter and myself) stayed for the half term break in Feb and loved the place. Easy to get to on the metro RER line and usually just change to get to all the major attractions in central Paris and the same RER for Disneyland. The apartment is small but you get used to that very quickly and it is very comfortable and very clean. Everything you need is there. We ate out but you could cook for yourself (there is a supermarket about 2 min walk away). There are lots of cafes, restaurants and pattestires close by. As it was Feb we didn't really open the window for long periods but found the apartment quiet and didn't have any problems sleeping at night as we were not disturbed by noise. If you are a couple or small family you will find this a great little place to stay. I recommend it highly and can certainly say that if/when we return to Paris I will be looking to book it again.

The host was very clear & helpful emailing check in and out instructions. The studio is well maintained and very clean. If you are considering this apartment, you need to know that it is up 6 flights of stairs! Also, this litter studio under the eaves has only skylights (they do open but you have to stick your head outside to see the view). Finally, the ceilings are very low. Prepared to stoop or bump your head.

Loft was shockingly smaller than appeared on ad and is Located on the 5th floor of a walk-up building. It is essentially a part of an attic that has been converted into a tiny studio. Cannot stand up through most of the apartment due to the slanting ceiling. When we arrived it appeared clean but quickly realized that ants were everywhere. Notified the owner who stated he would send a cleaning lady the following day (not an exterminator). We cleaned the areas as good as possible however they continued to appear throughout our stay. There were also several lightbulbs that were burnt out which he never replaced during our entire week stay. Prior to arriving, I contacted the owner Steve with concerns due to the heatwave in Paris. I asked him about ventilation, windows and fans, especially as we have children. He responded that he had “1 small fan” and that he was not prepared to do anything more. When we arrived it was 42 degrees and the flat was like a sauna and unbearable. I contacted Steve who continued to offer no assistance. Realizing that it was too hot to stay We weighed our options and offered to purchase an air conditioner that he could buy back from us for the suite. He was not interested in this however after the first night we realized we had no options as moving to another hotel or Vrbo would cost more money. We purchased the air conditioner which made the stay manageable. After sending him pictures and expressing the benefits of having the air con he still did not want it. We ended up donating the air conditioner and fan we purchased to a king gentleman at the neighbouring restaurant. Very disappointed in our host who we never did see face to face and who was unhelpful and appeared uninterested in providing a safe environment for his guests.

This is a great find! A lovely little apartment in an excellent location, super close to metro stations and public transport. Bus to the airport left from nearby. The apartment is tiny; fitting 2 people in was a stretch. However, it is very modern and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. Excellent amenities, all you would need.

A lovely stay in Paris! Communication with Steven was good and the apartment was lovely. There was a couple of small problems however nothing major. The apartment is on the fifth floor without a lift, but was fine for us! Everything needed was provided - kitchen wear, linen, towels etc. The price well reflects the apartment and the area is nice with good metro links.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is great because there is a large metro station with four metro lines, so other parts of the city are easily accessible by metro. The studio and equipment are exactly as it is depicted on photos on the website. It isn't so much spacious, but for our three-member family it is was enough. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, we had really good experience!
