comfortable stay with all the expectations met

Very good location with access to local shops and restaurants. Great host, beautiful surroundings, lovely house.

We had to stay just one day as we were in transit and not a lot of time to explore around.

Gutweiler is a small village a short distance from Trier. It's a great place to stay, with excellent walks close by. The accommodation was even better than we expected. A spacious apartment, with a large living room, separate bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and a good bathroom (with shower). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would certainly stay here again, given the opportunity.

A comfortable apartment in a good location

This was our second visit to the apartment and is unlikely to be our last. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything that one would need for a short or long stay. We appreciated the location of the apartment, with a range of local walking opportunities. Everything was as we would have wished it to be.

Superb

The apartment is very clean, it has everything that you need, The location is perfect for summer because it is cool in the evening so you don't have to worry for the summer heat at night, you can have a good sleep without airconditioning. We are very glad that we have chosen to stay at Casa Royale on our vacation. The owner is super friendly, he waited for us when we arrived eventhough we arrived quite late. Thank you Mr Wolfgang for your warm welcome. We will surely come back to stay.

Everything was so perfect and well thought of. I'd say thats the best accommodation I got in all my travels. Mr. Wolfgang is not just a great host but a true gentleman.. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. Really hope to come back again.

Het was fantastisch. We waren er maar 2 nachten, maar je kunt er gemakkelijk veel langer verblijven.

Ik had het bericht niet gezien voor de sleutel codes en wij hebben toen Wolfgang gebeld. Hij kwam direct helpen om ons de sleutels geven . Het appartement is prachtig en heerlijk ruim en de mogelijkheid om in de tuin te zitten.

Heerlijk verblijf in de omgeving van Trier

Het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk. Een uitstekende uitvalbasis om bijvoorbeeld Trier te bezoeken. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Een heerlijk groot bed, fijne badkamer en WIFI werkt prima.

Niets. Er is een klein trappetje naar boven om het appartement te bereiken. Voor ons geen enkel probleem.

Foarte frumos!

Amplasată intr.un peisaj natural frumos, curtea îngrijită, apartamentul curat, utilat cu tot ce este nevoie. Gazda foarte primitoare și glumeață… Copiii mei au fost foarte încântați pentru ca au primit dulciuri, suc,apă . Păcat ca nu am putut sta mai mult. De revenit în acest loc.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons, et nous sommes toujours autant enthousiastes ! L'appartement est spacieux, avec une superbe literie, et idéalement placé pour visiter Treves et ses environs. Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée (1h30 du matin) j'ai dû appeler le propriétaire, il est venu dans la minute. Maison calme, propre, spacieuse, un beau petit jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons passé qu'une nuit, mais la prochaine fois que je suis dans le secteur, je réserve cette maison. Y
