The staff are amazing, the receptionist really helped me with many things, including sim, Yandex and just generally very kind. A lovely hotel and very good value.

Near to the Tashkent city park and the city Mall. Fifteen minutes walk to metro stations and bazar Chorsu. The room was small but clean and with everything needed.
Good breakfast but not many cakes and similar.

room was big
the city area was out of water, which affected the hotel also, but staff offered no explanation and only gave us 2 bottles of water to use - both for drinking, clean ourselves (brush teeth, wash face and sponge ourselves)
