The hotel staff were polite and helpful, the location was great and the buffet breakfast had many options.
Being on the ground floor, a lot of cigerette smells from people smoking outside.

room was big
the city area was out of water, which affected the hotel also, but staff offered no explanation and only gave us 2 bottles of water to use - both for drinking, clean ourselves (brush teeth, wash face and sponge ourselves)
