    The hotel is near Seoul Mun and Magic city, it’s really convenient. You just need to simply walk to those place. The room is nice, but the bathroom drainage is really bad. The staff is nice and friendly. They serve a lot of options for breakfast.

    Average 1 -2 star hotel. Reception/ Housekeeping staff were amazing, polite and helpful. Location Top /Best. Breakfast ok. Expansion was going on; means lots of noise. Changed the room due to AC wasn’t working and other room AC was weak. Inside the shower cabin a lots of dirty paint stains. Towels need to be washed better. Heard that new management took over recently and planning to improve everything (hopefully). This place has a high potential!!!

    ​I was not happy at all with my stay due to ongoing construction on the second floor right outside my room. The heavy noise started at 8:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep. I called reception twice to report the issue, but both times the staff simply said "OK" and hung up without offering any assistance or room transfer. ​By 12:00 PM, unable to rest, I had to go down to the front desk in person to demand a solution. Instead of offering a quieter room, they initially suggested I accept the two hours of sleep or leave my room during the day. After three and a half hours and constant follow-ups, they finally moved me further away, only offering a promise that work would start at 10:00 AM the next day instead of 8:00 AM. ​The hotel property itself is good, but the complete lack of initial customer support, poor handling of guest comfort, and severe noise disruption ruined my stay.
