    Overall the hotel was okay, it was clean and well maintained. However we paid for the deluxe room and it did not meet expectations. The room itself was spacious enough and could comfortably accommodate me and my travel companion. The main issue was with the bathroom- there was no ventilation, and our room had a broken shower that was spraying water everywhere and a wall tile that was coming out of the shower wall. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they said they would send someone to fix it while we were away but we came back to find no one had repaired the shower or the wall tile. This happened again after we brought it up and no one fixed it. Also the breakfast tasted stale and made our stomachs upset. Although it’s not the worst hotel experience, I would find other hotels in Tashkent more with it for the money.
