The staff. All the lads at reception were a good laugh, which comparison to other hotels in the old city was very nice.
Big recognition to the bartender, I forget his name, but he was a lovely guy.
The room and access was all so brilliant and after a long flights from the Algarve - I was able to get some great rest
Although MUCH better than Movitel (next door), the value for money just let this place down. But if you want somewhere fresh and clean. Come to this hotel.

Very good location, close to many attractions and to the metro station. The room was very large and clean. Everything was provided. The breakfast was amazing, full of options and rich.

Location excellent and staff very friendly.
The air conditioning was broken for the whole of our 4 night stay! Our room was boiling! We slept with our window wide open and at times had to have our door open to the corridor to get cool air in.
