The staff was friendly, and we were able to leave our bags with them while we arranged for a breakfast to go due to our early checkout. The location is excellent; it's within walking distance of everything in the old part of the city. Additionally, having our own air conditioning in the room and access to drinking water was a big plus. We were also able to pay by card, which can be challenging in other places.
Beds are really hard - but this seems to be a standard in Uzbekistan.

Hotel is located close to the main bazaar in Tashkent, walking distance from the Islamic civilization center. The facilities are modern and clean if a little small, and the breakfast is decent for the price. The staff is on site all the time and was willing to check me in late at night.
While the hotel was close to many things, it was a little tricky to find as it is on a street that is not on Google Maps. The walk from the bazaar to the old town also requires you to cross several very busy and wide streets in the hot sun, so it’s not the most pleasant location. That said, this is not the hotel’s fault, so I don’t deduct any points for this.
