The condo is very clean and has a lovely view of the lake. The grounds are well maintained and quiet. The unit’s additional window AC in the guest bedroom is insufficient to cool the upstairs where the bedrooms are. The lack of an elevator may be challenging for anyone with mobility challenges.

Exactly as described. Beautiful view from balcony. Grounds are very well kept as is the pool & hot tub. Peaceful. Enough space for an adult & 2 teens. Comfortable furniture & beds. Bev was incredibly easy to communicate & book with.

Zero complaints!! The condo is just as advertised and wonderful. You can tell they put a lot into keeping it updated. The pool was so warm and we loved walking down to the little private beach area. Highly recommend!

The Property Manager Bev, was amazing! I was the worst at looking at my emails etc. and didn’t know how to get in and all the codes. She texted me immediately with everything I needed along with so much more. She was so kind and amazing. Despite the not so warm weather, the place was so clean and wonderful and in the middle of everything, a perfect location. Would rent again for sure! Thank you as I am a stickler for good service and Bev was over the top especially when it was me that dropped the ball on all the communication that came to me and I did not see it.

Fantastic location and wonderful accommodation. Bev is always a wonderful host and you can see the little touches - in the bathrooms, in the kitchen, and in the living room. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The complex is perfect with a great pool for relaxing and is a perfect location. We'll definitely be back!

The condo was great! It had everything you needed and more. This particular condo is located in very close proximity to the lake as well as pool/hot tub and fire pit area. We came for a baseball tournament, so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities the way would have liked to, but definitely recommend this unit! Bev, the property manager was easy to communicate with!

A wonderful condo located in a quiet complex. The condo was clean, well kept and cozy. With a great view of the lake and a lot of natural light, it provided our family of 5 with plenty of room for activities and sleep. The complex’s pool is nice, just bring your own towel. A couple suggestions would be more bath towels and a complimentary soap for a load of laundry. 100% recommend this condo.

The place was beautiful. The views from the balcony of the unit were fabulous. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything needed. Couldn't ask for more! The communication with the owner was exceptional. Access to the property was easy and well-explained. We all had a very nice stay and will definitely use this person again for future travel to the Port Clinton area!

My family enjoyed this condo for our 4 day vacation in Port Clinton. We used it as a base for my daughter's dance competition at Kalahari, which was 20 minutes away and also took a day to enjoy Cedar Point. Bev is absolutely a pleasure to work with! One thing to note, the bedroom with the king bed is not fully private, there is a curtain separating it from the family room.

We had a great time staying at this condo in Port Clinton. It was very clean (even passed my very picky mom's inspection), in a great location, with a beautiful view. I love the deck near the water with the lawn chairs. Would definitely come back! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

We are fans of the Port Clinton area of Lake Erie and all is has to offer and have visited the area several times. This time we decided to try staying at The Shores. The complex itself is obviously having much needed outside repairs (railings, stucco, painting, etc) as there were construction vehicles and workmen there This, however, did not detract from our visit. The outside appearance will be much nicer once these repairs are completed. The pool and pool deck area was pleasant. Each night we went there to enjoy the sunset. The condo itself is older but is very well maintained and seemed to have some upgrades. Rooms were good sized and all systems (appliances, air conditioning, cable, internet, etc) worked well, We appreciated the double sink in the upstairs full bathroom and the half bath downstairs. Furniture was comfortable. The view from the balcony is terrific. You do have to be able to climb stairs to get to the unit (4 sets of stairs). The owner was easy to contact when we had questions. We had a great time!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo association and with Bev. The condo is exactly as presented and VERY clean. We had one small problem which was alleviated ASAP. The only negative I have is ac getting to main bedroom is not the greatest.

Very nicely furnished accommodation's with nice view of Lake Erie. Owners very responsive and friendly. 3rd floor access with no elevator. Some outside construction on building had left the balcony inaccessible upon arrival but owners quickly arrived to resolve issue to our satisfaction (it was out of their control). Nice pool, hot tub, small beach on property. Would definitely return here or one of 5 other units owner has in the property.
