About this house rental
Three bedroom home with open floor plan, 6 individual beds with optional 7th fold out futon that converts to a full. This house is ideal for groups going fishing with plenty of off street parking with a driveway in the front and back for boats. 3 blocks from the lake. 1 mile to the Jet Express & downtown Port Clinton, short drive to Catawba Island & Sandusky. Outdoor area with gas grill. We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of the guests and our home.

We booked this property at the last minute for a fishing trip because it was a much more affordable option than booking hotel rooms for our group of six. Although we only stayed one night, everything worked out well and we didn't encounter any significant issues.There was a slight delay in receiving the door code, but the host responded quickly when we reached out and resolved the issue promptly.We had six men in our group, and while there are six beds available, one person will need to use the top bunk. For our overnight stay, that wasn't a problem at all.A train passes by a couple of times during the night, but we didn't find it overly loud or disruptive.Overall, the property was a great fit for our fishing trip. In fact, one member of our group was impressed enough to book the property again for an upcoming trip.

Everything worked as it should, host was great and fast to answer questions. Plenty of room for 2 boats and 2 trucks. This was the most convenient location and stay we have had for the area. Great value for the money.

The home was clean but the description should include information about the heavy train traffic (whistles blowing all night long) and the motion lights nearby.
