Tucked away in the quiet enclave of Fairway Villas within Waikoloa Beach Resort, unit #C2 offers privacy, comfort and serenity. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private lanai (covered porch) watching the sun rise over Mauna Kea. In the evening enjoy drinks or dinner here enhanced by moonlight. Should you wish to swim, soak or exercise, use the heated infinity pool, hot tub and a covered workout room located just across the way from this villa.

Two bedrooms and two full baths provide space for up to 4 guests to spread out comfortably and relax. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and features a breakfast nook, GE appliances, and granite counter tops. The dining area table will seat up to 6. The living area is furnished in a relaxed tropical decor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the Kings’ golf course.

The master bedroom suite features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the guest bedroom. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience. The villa is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV, making it easy to keep in touch with the world if you must.

There are so many opportunities for relaxation here and there is something for everyone. A short stroll down the path to the Kings’ Shops or the Queens’ Marketplace brings you to shopping, dining, entertainment, and services. Enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Visit the dolphins and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Play golf on a variety of world class courses, two of which surround the villas.

Looking to explore the island? Hiking trails, heiʻau (an ancient Hawaiian temple or sacred site) and history are all found in this corner of the Big Island. Kiʻi pōhaku (petroglyphs) at the Waikoloa Petroglyph Field and the ancient Māmalahoa,or Kingʻs trail lie just outside the community gates. To the north, Puʻukoholu Heiau National Historic Site sits above Kawaihae Harbor. ʻAnaeho’omalu Bay, also known as A-Bay, is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. The tranquil Waikōloa Anchialine Pond Preservation Area lies just a few minutes down the road and a breathtaking drive up to Waimea town brings you into paniolo (cowboy) country. Fresh local food, crafts, and cool mountain air can be enjoyed at weekly farmers markets in Waimea, Hawi and Kona. Horse back, bike and ATVs tours can also provide access to the beauty of the Kohala, Hamakua and South Kohala coasts.

This unit is wonderfully situated - close to the Kings' shops and the pool, workout room, and bbq area. It has a beautiful view of the 3rd green off the ground floor lanai. However, the musty smell hit us when we first walked in and we hoped it just needed some airing out. We had family staying in another unit and theirs did not have a smell. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The place was clean enough, but a deep cleaning is needed. The hosts were excellent and their communication was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was very clean. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Host was very responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. They are in need of a first aid kit, but luckily there is a store right across the street that we were able to go get a few things from so it was no problem.

This property was a great place to stay with my family. It was a clean, safe place that was fully stocked with all our kitchen needs, beach/bathroom towels, swim/beach gear and tech. The location was perfect, close to king shops and A’bay. David was very attentive and accommodating when we needed help accessing TV apps for our kids. He was attentive and a great host the entire time we were there. His instructions for the property were clear and easy follow. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to our family in friends. Thanks/Mahalo David and Jane for your hospitality!

What a beautiful condo! We were very comfortable and impressed with all of the amenities. The condo is close to the pool and open-air gym, which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were lots of items to take to the beach as well - beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the Queen's and King's shops. I highly recommend this condo if you want a quiet, spacious place to stay on the Big Island.

This was a great place to stay for meeting with family in Waikoloa Village. We ate dinner on the lanai facing the golf course several times and really enjoyed the dominos and cards left there for guests! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer with all the laundry pods needed! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. There are lots of details in the checkin process and read it carefully, as it will tell you everything you need to know! I liked that level of detail!

This was a great place to stay, and a comfortable home base while we explored the big island. Everything was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of gear for the the beach (chairs, boards, cooler, umbrella, etc.) and the location is central with plenty of good food and beautiful scenery. The condo unit was clean, tidy, well decorated and doesn't feel like I walked into someone's home. The kitchen and baths were stocked very well! We really appreciated the detergent pods and extra dish liquid for washing and keeping dishes clean and tidy. The bed mattresses were not saggy and used like other places we've been to. Overall, it was a perfect stay and a perfect location. The owners also accommodated us with a flight change we had and allowed us to check out a little later on request. Thanks so much for renting us this unit!!

This was our fifth time at Fairway Villas first time in C2, as usual we had a great time at Waikoloa beach resort and surrounding area, whale watching, trip to volcano, star gazing on top of Mauna Kea, and relaxing, it was a little windy and wet this time for much time at the beach. We enjoyed the nice kitchen appliances, good supply of outdoor activity equipment, sleeping was great, maybe a little update on living room furniture would be appropriate.

Such a lovely place for the end of our time in Hawaii. The pool was close by and such a great way to relax. We loved having coffee on the lanai in the morning. It was nice to have the nearby shops/restaurants and would definitely recommend the shaved ice place. The place is close to great beaches and not too far from town. All around a great place to stay!

We stayed at David & Jane’s property for a total of 8 nights, there were 4 of us and the rental had everything we needed, it was well stocked and in a beautiful, central location. The property is even prettier in person. David was a great host, we had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock but he was quick to come up with a solution and very responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again when we visit Waikoloa next time :)

It was bound to happen, after 13 years of using VRBO we finally had a less than stellar experience. Our poor experience and this review is limited to the cleanliness of the property and owner feedback. In hindsight we wish we had taken photographs and reached out to the owner at the beginning of the stay, which we admittedly did not preferring to get on with enjoying our annual Hawaii vacation. Lesson Learned. There was leftover food in two different pantry cabinets and in the refrigerator. The coffee carafe had burned coffee on the bottom, which we were able to clean relatively easily. The transition strip from the entryway into the living room, was literally scotch taped to the floor to keep it in place. The furniture on the lanai had all the weathering of aged teak but none of the charm. It absolutely needs a cleaning and a coating of teal oil. The throw rug between the living room and the lanai was torn and had several loops pulled up from the pile. The master bedroom had mold and mildew in and around the ceiling vent, wondering what can I bring a T-shirt was found under the bed, and an old laptop and pair of boots were found left in a dresser drawer The master shower glass doors were clouded with hard water scaling, and the grout and tile was discolored and aged. Again, we did not bring this to the attention, fourth floor of the owner upon check-in, as we perceive them to be minor, and not a hygienic concern. After checking out, the owner reached out via text to inquire about the condition of the shower. And we told him we left the condo in equal or better condition to have you checked it. he respectfully disagreed stating his opinion that my wife’s hair coloring had run and discolored the tile and grout. I pointed out that her coloring was not new, and it did not run, evidenced by the fact that the majority of the discoloring was grout only not on the tile and not on the glass, and there was no discoloring on any of the linens or towels. While the owner disputed the leftover food claim, even after we itemized some of the specific items, he did not dispute any of the other items we noted. I said the condo had every indication of having had a “quick turn “with substandard cleaning and set up for the next guest. He declined that explanation. We were unable to come to an agreement regarding the condition of the condo and I respectfully and then communication.

We were excited to stay in Waikoloa. We don't golf, but we do like to shop and go to the beach. This house was clean and well kept. Great kitchen to prepare your own gourmet meals that is open to the living room. Huge Refrigerator/Freezer, Very comfortable bed. You can walk to eat, shop, or sit in a poolside lounge of a resort. And don't for get breakfast on the patio!

This condo has it all, it’s super quiet and peaceful. It’s extremely convenient as it’s close to shopping areas if you need anything for your stay, as well as very close to beaches!
