You can walk quarter-mile south to shop, grab a beer, or peruse the weekly farmers market at Kings' Shops, or head less than a mile north to check in for a round at the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Waikoloa Beach is directly in front of the Marriott less than a mile west, and the Lava Lava Beach Club awaits one-mile southwest.

Good location. Combination of 10 numbers were inconvenient. Car front gate combination numbers were hard to see during the day. Ice box ice maker was making a loud noise. Carpet was dirty. AC vents were dirty. Good variety of kitchen amenities. Good beach amenities.

The host was welcoming, but (first time with VRBO) we were expected to provide our own amenities after the first week. Our interaction with VACASA was poor. We had an issue with the refrigerator and by the own admission didn't communicate well. They never informed us that a tech had checked and determined the refrigerator was fine despite the error code for high temperature continuing after the check.
