excellent holiday home with amazing surroundings

Location is absolutely fabulous with nice walks and cycling routes with beautiful panoramic views. The house is very comfortable and easily fits 6 adults and 2 little children. The host was there for delivering the keys and give a short tour of the house. Enough space to park the car.

During our stay it was very hot. A large umbrella (parasol) on the patio to protect us from the sun would have been a plus but I admit it is only a minor detail.

Keuken is wat klein en keukenmateriaal eerder beperkt voor een hele bende maar dat is ook het enige minpunt.

Gordijntjes in de toiletten, ( het weer ), misschien net iets te klein voor 15 personen.

Prijs - kwaliteit : zeer duur

De woning is verouderd, en dringend aan renovatie toe. Het keukengedeelte is zodanig klein, huis wel voor 14 personen, dat je er maximum met 2 kan staan om te koken. Vuile borden in de kast, tevens kinderstoel zeer vuil met etensresten. In de zitkamer kan je met maximum 7-8 man zitten. Vier slaapkamers boven, voor 2 kamers moet je eerst door de andere kamer, hebben een aparte wc en lavabo maar enkel afgesloten met een gordijn. Zonder airco. Voor 1 slaapkamer, sanitair met een glazen doorzichtige deur, moet je naar buiten. Er is geen apart toilet voorzien beneden. Er is er enkel één toilet is het sanitair van de zesde slaapkamer beneden. Veel lawaai van Enjoy 45, groep vrienden, alhoewel dit zou moeten gecheckt zijn volgens de host. Tuin is afgesloten, maar ligt bij een gracht met ratten. Ook het hok voor de afval was niet leeg bij aankomst. Daar zat ook een rat.

Rustig verblijf in prachtige omgeving

Groot huis vlakbij de Koppenberg, mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Vriendelijke host die ons opwachtte. Ruime parking achteraan het terrein. Voorzien van lakens, handdoeken, keukenspullen, smart tv, wifi... Leuke tuin met vuurschaal, darts en pingpongtafel.

Topweekend!

Verblijf was perfect voor onze groep! De bedden lagen goed en ideaal dat elke kamer bijna een apart toilet en wastafel had.

De living had volgens ons beter ingedeeld kunnen worden met enkel zetels zodat iedereen gezellig samen zou kunnen zitten. Nu was er niet genoeg plaats voor iedereen.

Alles was perfect in orde , dicht bik de koppenberg , heel mooie wandeling gemaakt rond de koppenberg en rondgetourd met vespas
