Uitstekende ligging aan de voet van de Koppenberg. Dicht bij het mooie Oudenaarde. Alle comfort. Vriendelijke host.
Het achtergedeelte van het huis is aan een opfrisbeurt toe. Een aantal bakpannen zijn afgebladert en moeten vervangen worden. Twee kamers kunnen enkel worden bereikt via de voorliggende kamer.

Keuken is wat klein en keukenmateriaal eerder beperkt voor een hele bende maar dat is ook het enige minpunt.
