Apartment was nice but, the property is slightly dated.
Access to the beach was easy and excellent. Wish the pool was better kept. It would have been great to swim, but overall great value and location.

Our stay was great. Location is awesome and we enjoyed the beach and the pool. The place had everything we needed and no issues checking in and out. Thank you Ted for your recommendations and hospitality

Awesome apartment in a fantastic location! I especially appreciated the amazing views of the pool, beach and ocean right from the bedroom and living room. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, a Starbucks, shops and bars are a very short walk away, even a large supermarket and a Whole Foods. Modern kitchen was well appointed and allowed me to dine in when I wanted to enjoy the view. The super comfortable king bed was a welcome addition. Best of all was the world class beach just behind the apartment. This part of Miami Beach is pretty quiet, but you can walk just two blocks and be in the middle of all the action.Ted was very accomodating, offered many great local recommendations and all went smoothly.Can't wait to return.
