Being so close to the main road but not that big of a deal for us

I loveed everthing about this villa, the space is large, the bed was so comfortable i slept so well ,very private and to top it off the staff are amazingly beautiful always smiling and happy, they go above and beyond to make you cormfortable, just loved it, and definetly will return.

Nothing i didnt like about it

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food and great quality. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which was extremely helpful and made our departure much easier. The villa is in a great location, easy to find, and close to many important attractions, restaurants, and services. The villa itself is beautiful, well designed, and matches the photos accurately. The private pool, swing, and overall facilities were excellent.

The main issue was cleanliness related to insects and geckos inside the bedroom. I understand that insects and geckos are common in Bali and are expected in outdoor areas, around the pool, or near entrances. However, we encountered ants on the bed and even found a gecko inside the bed area. We also noticed a dead insect stuck to one of the pillows. Because of this, we were unable to comfortably use the master bedroom and had to move to the upstairs room for the remainder of our stay, which meant we could not fully enjoy the main bedroom's direct access to the pool and swing. The upstairs room was cleaner, although some bedding still showed signs of wear and staining. It is unfortunate because the location, staff, service, facilities, and food were all very good. However, the insect and cleanliness issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
