It wasn’t an easy walk to cafes restaurants shops. We took grab taxis, although very cheap, a little annoying.

Breakfast buffet options was very limited. But the alacarte menu was good. Asking to pay extra for cappuccino or latte which is a staple breakfast item is really not on.

Stay-away-from-this-villas!

Nothing, the pictures here are far away from reality. Some stuff people were nice and professional, but didn’t change the quality of the staying

I travelled 14 times to Bali, I’ve been in many places, and this Sampatti Villas are far away from a 5 stars or price tag they give you. I got assigned a villa that was FAR away from what you see on the picture, looked like a cheap 1 star motel, depressive. After having asked to change room, I had to wait several days before that. It forced me to book other places for the time being. Obviously no refund has ever been considered on their end. Even the scooter, they deal with the cheapest local scooter dealers that gave me a scooter with deflated tires and broken phone holders. After having reported that I was told by the scooter guy that I had to think about inflating the tires hahahaha, absurd. Last but not least, the day of check out they start bombarding you with messages on WhatsApp asking when you get the heck out, from about 10am. I strongly recommend to stay away from this wrongly rated villas. They are at best 3 starts if you are in a decent one. Ah, stay away from the water despensers as well, they never clean them and I got Bali belly that to that. There are many other better options around Bali, I recommend to stay away from this as much as you can

The breakfast was average and we saw lizards on the food table next to breads, but again it’s bali and they are everywhere. Also they can work on some more cleanliness in common areas

Ambience is really good and easily accessible. Well maintained pool and other facilities. Their multi cuisine restaurant Bhojan serves authentic Balinese food. Guest service is awesome and they’re always ready to serve you.

Excellent place, clean and very friendly staff

Everything, they cater everything to your stay and make you feel comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly always go the extra mile. We got a complimentary floating breakfast, they upgraded our 30 min massage to a 1 hour massage and gave us free afternoon tea. They always answered the phone and catered to our specific breakfast needs. They are one of the few places that don't serve pork and as a Muslim I was so happy to find that. Their food is of excellent quality, we never had even one bad meal. The private pool was excellent and clean and the swing was perfect. Everything was spot on here would not hesitate to recommend.

They should put more water bottles in the room as 2 isn't enough but you can always request additional from the reception. The bathtub needs a little renewing, although it wasn't actually dirty, it has discoloured over time which makes it look a little dirty.

A wonderful stay

It is a beautiful secluded place to stay. The staff are AMAZING. Everyone we dealt with clearly wanted to make our time special. Having a private pool is also a really nice touch.

The location is a bit further out of town which means you really do have to get a taxi/scooter. However these are very cheap and for us we preferred to be out of the main noisy centre.

Location is a little far out and you have to cross a busy dual carriage to get to shops/beach. Easily overcome with getting a taxi and only a few euros.

Location is not central but it was ok to just get a motorbike and took 10 minutes to get to the centre. It is near to Krishna which offers a lot of cheap stuff to buy.

An oasis far enough and yet close enough to all you need

This joint is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle giving fatties like me a good reason to walk whilst on holidays and get my steps up. Right next door though is the best and coolest multi story Arabic restaurant which is open till 3. And for those who have a little penchant for western world coffee with all the oat milk etc Starbucks is within cooee as is KFC if you are so insane ... and just to top it off there is some great shopping and a doggie daycare... all within 100m.

A luxurious and peaceful retreat with excellent service—just a few thoughtful upgrades away from perfection

Stayed at Sampatti Villas and absolutely loved the villa and private pool—stunning design, serene vibes, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout.

The only downside was the limited food variety. While the quality was okay, a wider menu would definitely elevate the overall experience also the body wash and shampoo provided were underwhelming and didn’t match the otherwise rich and luxurious interiors, room decor, and private pool experience.

Nice villa!

Room is large and clean, swimming pool is safe n fun, highly recommended for families with kids. Reception service is prompt n very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast during stay and the girl named Dewi is absolutely friendly and kind.

Amazing! Nothing to complain.

My husband and I loved the property. It has limited rooms is what made the experience very special and focused. The property was clean and maintained to showcase Balinese touch through the decor. It wasn’t too westernised which we loved. The property is very new and well maintained. It is beautiful throughout. The staff are very helpful and good listeners. We had an early day trip which was before the restaurant opening time so they packed us breakfast boxes so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Breakfast was included in price and options were amazing. We loved every single one of them western and traditional ones. They cater to your dietary restriction as well. Everyday we came back to a clean room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pool is also very nice to swim in. We had some special surprises given to us when we arrived: free chocolates from mini bar, floating breakfast and 1hr spa for every person staying. Another thing that makes the property attractive is there is an amazing middle eastern restaurant just in front, starbucks and minimart is just across the road. And all the Seminyak famous restaurants are 10min car drive away via Grab it costs roughly $2AUD / 21000 IDR. We will definitely be coming back to stay here and will recommend to our family and friends.

Great place to switch off and relax

Our one bedroom “villa’ had a large bedroom with double bed, large bathroom with separate shower/toilet. These give onto a private and pretty garden area with a small pool over which an original swing large enough for 2 people lying down on a mattress, over the pool, is located. This was delightful! A small deck area has a table snd chairs. The property is on the fringe of town, but the hotel offers a free transfer downtown if a driver/car is available. There are only some 15 rooms, so hardly anyone ever around. Breakfast is a la carte and is quite original and good. Staff are great, and nothing is too much for them.

No deal breakers but next refurbishment it would be good to have larger bedside tables with more than one socket outlet for charging all today’s gadgets. TV located in front of bed, rather than on the side would be more comfortable, as would TV live news channels in English (and other languages). Netflix is available, as are a few English live Chanel’s but they are complicated to get to through the smart TV settings. As guests spend much time is hotels such as these, it should be more straight forward. There are chickens behind hotel with a regular rooster wake-up call at 6am!

Nice stay in Villa with private pool

Location: convenient place which is not far from Seminyak or Kerobokan. Room: there is private room and water is refilled everyday so water is clean. Breakfast: it is very filling. Main dish, fruits and bread.

Cleanliness: sometimes there are some bugs found in my bed. Location: there is no crosswalk in Sunset road so you can't go to Starbucks Dewata directly.

Friendly welcoming staff

The staff were amazing and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us with fresh juice and a cold towel when we arrived, let us check in early, and decorated the bed with flower petals and a flower bath in the bathroom. We were also treated to a beautiful floating breakfast in the morning. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. While the room and pool decor was a little dated, and could use a bit of sprucing up, it was still beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there.
