Location

Rooms very old, not like photos. There was a leak in the ceiling, bedsheets and pillow cases had stains. The towels, sheets and pillow cases don’t get changed, they just fold them again. Mould around the bathroom. The breakfast looked very bleak

We liked the size of the pool

The villa is quite outdated compared to other villas such as in Uluwatu where we stayed prior to checking in here. We were disappointed in the outdoor living area as the lounge was dirty. The pool doesn’t include any internal lights either for night time swimming so it’s very dark and uninviting. Bathroom also quite outdated and the room had noticeable signs of wear and tear like old walls, the robes were falling apart and overall just didn’t appear very new and clean. Towels had stains and bleach marks.

Nice villa and great service

The facilities could have been in slightly better condition. The ironing board they gave us was unacceptable for use. They had no luggage scale for us to use when leaving.

Remove this place from bookings

We didn’t even sleep here, so there was nothing to like. I only liked that they agreed to refund us for the 3 nights out of the 4 we booked.

Do not believe the pictures. What a terribly maintained place. Nothing here is as is. The cupboards are broken, the bed is rock hard, all wood is either broken or not maintained. In my years of booking using booking.com, I have never been this disappointed in a place especially in a foreign country. We requested a cancellation minutes after checking in and had to go up and down with booking.com until it was agreed to. The staff even try hide some of the damage but then as soon as they leave it goes back to its state I will not recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be seriously maintained. Everything in here is terrible. There is an outdoor shower that is visible to neighbours.

The flower arrangement was great

The cleaning staff stole my toothpaste and aftershave. The hotel staff took no responsibility. We also had no running water and another day we had no hot water.

Breakfast was included and the food was very good. The location near Sunset Rd puts it near downtown Seminyak, and not far from the beach.

Good value for money villa at a decent location

Location is good, and is fairly easy to get a Grab. Staff were extremely friendly as well and greeted us with warm hospitality. The villa itself is definitely value for money and is a good amount of space for 4 pax.

1) Swimming pool smelled weird and tasted very salty when we took a swim. 2) There were huge rats in our living room. 3) The room floors were very dirty too and we have to wear our shoes around even in the room, which is unusual for an Asian culture.

very large bed and super comfortable. Villa provided own adaptors, complimentary water everyday, smells clean and is clean, nice quiet place and spacious.

nothing really about the property just mainly the area it is in, very quiet area and quiet far to walk to certain shops definitely gotta get a ride to go to them. Also that the reception is in a seperate place than the villas so it was confusing at the beginning

Friendly and welcoming staff. Security checking the taxi to check if we have all of our belongings, walking us to the car safely. Villa always clean and tidy Love the walk up to the room with the greenery.

It’s not as good as in the pictures, breakfast was pretty lame and you have to pay for the coffee if you want one, staff was great, the villa it’s ok but far from perfect. The beds are not comfortable I had back pain every single day of the week. Overall experience 6.5 maybe a 7 you can probably get something better and closer to the beach.

Very easy access across Bali. Easy to get to anywhere in a short amount of time. Facilities were very good pool was nice bedroom and outdoor area very nice. Staff were on the ball and very polite every day.

Property could do with some maintenance such some simple repairs for doors, handles and covers. Breakfast bar was a bit of a let down. Maybe better food and a greater variety of food but otherwise definitely somewhere I’d stay again

Bali Girls Getaway!

The rooms were nice and the private pool was amazing. The staff was more than accommodating!

It was a bit far from everything we wanted to do, but that’s not the fault of the property.

I like that it’s got a private pool, it’s spacious, staff are very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is yummy, air conditioning is great, loved the hidden bathroom door, hot/cold shower works perfectly, good laundry service too

There were bed bugs on the outdoor couch and outdoor chairs. I got bites on the first day there. Never sat on their chairs again which was a bummer cos i couldn’t use the dining table anymore. It was very inconvenient because i got bites around my thighs and butt so walking around was very uncomfortable. The walls by the private pool could use some cleaning too, door and sliding doors don’t lock, like the bedroom door can be locked from the inside but for some reason it can no longer be locked from the outside - could pose a security risk.

We had a nice time while in Bali but for us we found this complex too far away from everything

Asa Villas has a sister complex which is where the villa we booked was , this was only 200m away from main Complex they had a buggy to go between the two , We liked that we had privacy and the villa has a good amount of space. We wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for the Villas as very basic and you can get better elsewhere.. coffee was the worst and they charge extra for it at breakfast.

Hated the shower over the bath I’m short the bath was too tall and the tile surround was very deep.. the bath condition was poor surface cracking discoloured and looks quite old .. The poolside loungers one of them was missing a leg , bath and pool towels old thin and discoloured , some floor boards on the decking area needed replacing other out door furniture dirty and had burn holes from cigarettes. Had a visit in the kitchenette area during the night from a rodent of some sort found droppings on the bench and in the cutlery drawer and wouldn’t recommend using the table mats in the drawer as they had rodent dropping stains.. we did wash them but they were not good..

Beautiful Pool

Room : clean, comfortable & private. Pool & lighting very nice. Breakfast good and plentiful. All up a fairly good stay, but you need transport. Please Note : There are to separate locations to these villas. Villa 1 with main office & resturant & villas. Villa 2 further away with villas only. ( buggy provided).

Place was alittle dated in certain places in villa, but noted they were in the process of slowly renovating some villas. The only main issue for our first stay of 2 weeks in bali (ASA bali villas 5 days ) was the distance to seminyak Beach & town centre & resturants. Far away as google maps deceptive of kms.
