We enjoyed our week stay here at San Carlos. The only improvements I would highly suggest is better pillows & Dawn soap instead of generic. Everything else is fine.

It was our first time going to gulf shores. The room is clean and a lot of space. Lots of pans, pots, plates etc. The balcony is wonderful! We had two red flag days and utilized the long pool. Our favorite part was the beach access though. They also have shopping carts on the first floor for you to get your items upstairs. Or if you DoorDash, Walmart delivery etc. they will load it up and bring it to your door! We will book again!

Perfect for our family of 6! Highly recommend! Good seating inside and out for our group to enjoy the comfort of each others’ company. A quick walk to the beach!

The dishes that were used previously before us were put away dirty, there was still chips in them. Also when I booked this room I put there would be six people staying, there was only four towels in the house for the entire week! I called to get more and Vacasa kept saying they would “send an urgent message to a local team.” We drove 16 hours to get there, and needed to shower- it took a total of 7 phone calls, over 24 hours from check in, and finally pulling a Karen and asking for a supervisor on the phone to get towels. This isn’t a home owner issue, more of a Vacasa issue but it was very frustrating to not be able to contact anyone directly. Also there was no wrist bands in the room when we got there, which are needed for pool and beach access. The condo was cute, the view was great and potentially would rent again but would not recommend Vacasa as the third party bookers. The man I interacted with at San Carlos was nice enough, and the supervisor I spoke with at Vacasa was wonderful!
