Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 6th floor 1568 sq ft west corner condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features large flat screen TVs premiere decor and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays November to March 1. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!
Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

This was our first time staying at San Carlos. It was a great location and well managed. We experienced someone feeding birds from the balcony near us and it was immediately taken care of. The condo was exceptional compared to other places we have stayed. We did add some outlet covers to protect our 1 year old and left them in hopes another family will have them if needed (only child proofing we had to do).

Wonder weather, water was clear and condo was fantastic!! We used the outside grills one night and truly enjoyed the outing! We will return again!!
