CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This condo was a great choice for our family getaway! It’s in an ideal location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—which made everything super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we all got great sleep after long, fun-filled days.The condo itself is a little dated, and it shows in some of the furniture (one chair had a tear) and the carpet, which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen setup was a bit limited—there weren’t many pots and pans, and the coffee maker didn’t keep our coffee hot for long. If you plan on cooking meals for the family, we recommend bringing a few extra kitchen essentials just in case.One of the highlights for us was the fantastic collection of beach gear. There were plenty of chairs, toys, and even a wagon, which made getting to the beach with kids so much easier. We appreciated it so much that we even added a few things to the collection for the next family to enjoy!One helpful tip: the nearby stores all sell very similar items, and the starter supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were pretty minimal. With a family, those ran out quickly, so it’s a good idea to bring a few extras with you.All in all, it’s a great spot for families looking to relax, play, and enjoy time together. A few updates would make it even better, but we still had a wonderful time and made great memories here.

Stayed at this property before and still love it. This unit was not in very good shape. Beach chairs in the master closet with sand on them, rusted through in some areas. Carpet should be pulled out as it is extremely dirty. Management company was great for the things they could address.
