San Carlos 1408 is an adorable two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offering an incredible Gulf-front view from the 14th floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• New wood-look tile flooring is featured in the bedrooms and living room, with ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats four, with two barstools providing additional seating.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the attached bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• A folding crib is provided for your convenience.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• Skip the long lines - this unit provides keyless entry for seamless check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk on the 3rd floor for $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as mandated by the San Carlos Board of Directors.
This property is designated as a ‘No Smoking’ property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

The condo was beautiful- well appointed with everything we could need. It was very clean as well. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach The pool was also very nice. The property itself was convenient and well kept. Will definitely rent again.

We tried a new place this time and booked through iTrip and stayed at San Carlos Condos. The location was great. We could walk to various places like The Hangout and Sea N' Suds, which was nice.
The condo was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture were very comfortable.
Another plus was that there were three elevators, which resulted in short wait times.
We highly recommend using iTrip and staying at this condo. Communication through iTrip was great.

Check in was easy! Sent them a text telling them we were there. They responded within 5 minutes. We were able to get into our room about an hour early since the room was ready. (No key, just a door code which is way better than trying to keep track of a key!) Getting the wrist bands and parking pass from the 3rd floor “lobby” was also quick. They said we could leave our bags and get ready for the beach if our room was not ready. We did have to park across the road a couple of times when the lot got full but that was not that big of a deal. The view from 1408 was great! Master bedroom included a king size bed and a big walk in closet. Second bedroom had a queen size bed and a decent sized closet. Dresser in each of the rooms could be updated but that sort of thing does not bother me. Rooms were clean and management was quick to respond to my inquiries.I recalled from a review I read that the door code stopped working for them before the 10am check out time. This happened to us too, but luckily one of us was still in the room to let the other people back in. Had an issue with the washer but they sent someone out and we got that resolved all within a few hours. We left some of our beach/pool gear there for the next guests to use. Hopefully, it gets used at least one more time. :)All in all, we would stay here again!Ohhh, beware of jellyfish. My daughter got stung as did numerous other guest we encountered while there.
