Welcome to San Carlos! Located in Gulf Shores, this 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom updated GULF FRONT unit equipped to sleep 10 is perfect for your next beach getaway!

Everything about the San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible, including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 8th floor 1419 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offers unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen, wet bar, as well as additional seating at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s 6-person dining room table. But don’t stop there! Move into the living area to relax or choose to watch another episode of your favorite series in the living area’s large HDTV. Gulf views are accessible through the living area’s balcony. The expansive balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while taking in the stunning views of our white sandy beaches.

The Primary Bedroom offers guests a King bed, HDTV, and private full bathroom with His/Her sinks. After a long day at the beach, relax and enjoy the master bathroom’s large tub. Bedroom 2 offers an additional Queen Bed while Bedroom 3 offers 1 Queen bed and a set of twin over twin bunk Beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom offers guests an HDTV. Two additional bathrooms are available that each offer a Tub/Shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This unit offers full-size washer and dryer.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, community pool, linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Parking
You will purchase your parking passes on site at San Carlos upon arrival. They are $50 (plus tax) each and there is a maximum of two passes. Prices are subject to change at any time per HOA. No boats, RV's or trailers are permitted.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older. The HOA will be checking IDs to get a parking pass.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
