After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Our vacation rental was fantastic! The pool in the backyard was a major highlight, and we also loved having a sand volleyball court right there. The place was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed to get started. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the key return process. Most places now use key codes, which are much more convenient.

False Advertising
Your Comments Well, let's start with the positives. Great location! The grounds are perfect with the sand area, volleyball, firepit, grills, hammocks, cabanas and.....supposedly the pool. We booked Beach Life in February. There were at least 3 emails between us & Poole & nothing was ever mentioned about pool not working. One of the reasons we picked Beach Life was because of all that I mentioned above for older kids & adults & because we had a young child who needed the pool. I felt sorry for the family next to us who had a disabled child in a wheel chair who could have greatly benefit from the pool. I called as soon as we arrived & was told that a piece was coming this week. She also stated pool was usuable last week. No one came to repair pool & as filthy as it was with dead lizards floating in it, I seriously doubt that. I have photos if you are interested. A lady who lives in Beach Life year round came over & shared that at the February board meeting, fixing the pool was discussed. "George" who owns the units is aware but doesn't seem to care. She stated no one has used the pool that she has ever seen, since February. I would be furious if I paid $600.00 in maintenance each month, couldn't use the pool & nothing was being done.This amenities failure was not the result of the hurricane. It is the result of lack of human concern. The resident stated that other residents who rent through VRBO took their units off the site because pool was unavailable. This is what George should have done or we should have been notified!I have read the clauses about amenities & system failures. Two months is not a "temporary failure"!Do I think we should be at least partially refunded? You bet I do! I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Chamber of Comerece & VRBO. The unit itself is fine other than no dresser to put clothes in downstairs bedroom & kitchen cabinets need a deep clean. If pool was working we would consider returning, as it stands now, I feel we have been cheated & parties involved were aware. If you were not aware, someone is negligent in supervising property.
