There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I loved my stay here, it was the nights that were rough. First all the good things, the location, view, amenities, parking, layout, pricing, beach and pool were wonderful.
The cons, there was a funky musty odor, we eventually got used to it, but I wouldn't hang my clothes in the closet. There were no pool towels or beach chairs. (Plenty of loungers around the pools, but none on the beach). The main reason this place did not get 5 stars was the bed. It was awful, the dip in the middle was like a pond. You literally roll downhill into the pit in the middle. A new bed, a good deep clean and pool towels and this place gets 5 stars.
