Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, friendly and helpful staff, 10/10! Beautiful ocean view, great pools (both indoor and outdoor). Could not have asked for a better experience!

This is not our first visit to Ocean Park and we have always been pleased with our experience.

First of all we were told we had a double queen room. The beds were NOT comfortable at all and seemed to be the size of full beds? We were not able to enjoy the balcony due to the air conditioner leaking puddles of water. The good news is that the shower had powerful water, and was a nice shower. The room was clean. We had to smell people smoking marijuana all night and day around us. And there is a sort of background check to where after you book your reservation, they want to know a whole lot of your private information to which makes no since? We were told it is because of Credit Card fraud? Shouldn't two government issued Id's suffice at the time of Check in? We ended up leaving our vacation one day early due to all of the above. The beds were the biggest issue, we did not sleep well.
