There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room is exactly as shown in the listing and very comfortable. The facility was clean, and the outdoor amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to walk to Walmart and restaurants was a plus. I would come again.

The ocean views were great! The room was pretty worn by previous guests. The room cleanliness was fair. There was a water leak from the bathroom to the hallway. The 10 digit button key entry was frustrating. It took 45 minutes to get in the room upon arrival. Maintenance was called but never showed up. We had difficulty opening the door during our stay so many times. We are older and trying to find a cart to get our luggage and vacation items to our room was impossible. The parking area was easy to use. It wasn’t so crowded. This hotel is pet friendly. I would probably not book this room again.
