Very convenient to get to the beach-go out lobby door, walk past pool, go down a few steps. Didn’t see host, but they were very responsive on check in, communicating by text. Quick response. Could close bedroom door for privacy. Great to sit on back deck, watch and listen to ocean. Great pizza place just through outside door. Clean, no bugs, and all basic kitchen utensils there. 30 minutes to Brookgreen Gardens.
Furnishings are dated, refrigerator a bit loud. It is an older condo, so don’t expect luxury. This is reflected in a decent price and it met our needs.

The ocean view and ability to hear the waves crashing, secured entrance to the building and the unit, amenities provided, ability to watch Netflix, comfortable, option to sit on patio, and the professionalism from owner who was very responsive.
