Ideal for a small family, a couples retreat, or a romantic getaway for two, this charming vacation rental features a well-equipped galley kitchenette (no dishwasher) to help you prepare home-cooked, cost-saving meals, plus a dining table for four. Kick back in the cozy living area warmed by a gas stove and illuminated by a wall of windows offering views of the Pacific Ocean and the breaking waves, and keep an eye out for spouts from migrating whales.
Grab the bag of beach toys and head down the path to the sand. If you're up for even more exercise, you'll find a variety of adult and children's bikes available (please bring your own helmets) that you can take out on the coastal trail that runs north to MacKerricher State Park or south past Fort Bragg all the way to Noyo Harbor. Back home, the kids will love romping around the spacious front and back yards, and there are plenty of yard games to enjoy, including corn hole, croquet, and bocce ball. And after days of exploring or playing on the beach, prepare dinner on the gas grill, dine alfresco on the furnished patio, then gather around the flickering firepit to watch the sunset together and roast s'mores.
