La posizione dell'appartamento e la colazione inclusa sono le cose migliori.
La mancanza del bidet che si nota da una foto ma secondo me deve essere specificato anche nei servizi che manca. E la mancanza dell'ascensore essendo l'appartamento al terzo piano. Il lavandino del bagno non scaricava molto bene. La doccia aveva due tipi diversi di getti uno non funzionava. Secondo me servirebbe un pochino più di manutenzione. Per ultimo mancava anche un armadio chiuso, va bene risparmiare sulle dotazioni ma mi sembra un po esagerato.

Amazing location. Just a few steps from San Ferdinando. Very vivid area, never felt unsafe even late at night. The accomodation it self is very decent in comparison to the options you have in the city. You have to realize that the buildings are historic and you will have the same little issues that derive from the difficulty of making them up to modern standards, that in regards to noisy sewage and limited space. Having that in mind, this accomodation is great! I will attempt to book again next time.

Le studio est bien placé pour les visites touristiques et l’accès aux restaurants du quartier espagnol. L’accès se fait en autonomie et est simple. Le personnel toujours disponible par messages même si personne n’est présent sur place.
Les photos ne sont pas très représentatives du studio, qui est vieillot et n’a pas de lumière naturelle. Il y a également un gros problème de refoulement d’odeurs d’égouts
