From the seaside of Pietrosella (3km from Porticcio), enjoying a breathtaking sea view, the eye cannot help but sweep the entire bay of Ajaccio, from the tip of Isolella to the imperial city via the Sanguinaires Islands. The villa is located 450 m from the sea, accessible on foot.

The Villa is also well thought out, built in the early 2000s, a single-storey villa, it has an architectural signature of its own that makes it timeless.
A rounded façade in raw concrete that surrounds the pool area, openings like paintings overlooking the maquis or plunging into the sea. The building has nearly 190m² of living space and a large swimming pool, newly renovated, 6 meters by 12 meters secured by a roller shutter and heatable (except from July to September 28/30°) with sea view.
You will spend a holiday with family or friends in a totally private villa in the heart of a wooded and totally fenced property of 1200 m2 in the heart of a residential area.

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children

- A master suite with an extraordinary view of Agosta Plage and the mountains with its independent bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub and toilet (bed 180x200).
- 2 other bedrooms each equipped with a dressing room with garden view (bed 160x200).
- 1 family room with a maximum of 5 beds including 2 bunk beds (90x200) and 1 bed (90x200) and 2 beds (90x200) or 1 bed (180x200) with garden view, with its bathroom equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa also has a separate shower room and a separate toilet.

You will enjoy a large living room with armchairs and sofa, a large table that can accommodate 10 guests and a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen.
A TV, PS4, Internet (free WIFI) relaxation area with a large sofa is also at your disposal.

But above all, you will have a good time on one of the 2 terraces with sea view and from where you can admire the sunset over the Sanguinaires Islands.
One of the terraces is equipped with a teak garden table and a large Eno gas plancha and the other with cosy garden furniture and a parasol.

You can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the outdoor patio, in the shade of a canvas stretched in season, on a large garden table facing the pool.

Sunbeds are available around the pool.

The kitchen is composed of:

- Induction hob
- American fridge-freezer
- Dishwasher safe
- Oven
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker
- Kettle
- Other equipment is at your disposal (rice cooker, magimix food processor, etc.)

The crockery is of high quality and crockery for children is also available (glasses and plastic plates).
You will have children's chairs and a travel cot, equipped with a mattress, can also be offered on request (you will just need to bring the sheets).
You will also have a baby bath, a potty and a Doomoo.

In the cellar adjoining the kitchen, you will find a washing machine and a drying rack, and the bins for selective sorting.

You will have 3 parking spaces inside the property and an electric gate.
A Green-up socket is available to charge hybrid or electric vehicles.
The villa is equipped with a safe and an alarm system that can be activated or not according to your request.
Bed linen (sheet, duvet or blanket) is provided as well as towels. Foutas can be offered free of charge upon request.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, it is done in compliance with health rules, disinfection done every week and disinfectant products will be at your disposal as well as hydroalcoholic gel.
Beds are made on arrival unless otherwise requested by you.

The villa is close to the beaches (within walking distance). Shops and restaurants are nearby (bakery, mini-market, butcher...).
