About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Afa, which can accommodate up to 11 guests. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), armchairs, sofa and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedrooms 4 & 5: two single beds
- Bedroom 6: single bed
- Three shower rooms, 2 with WC
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A private swimming pool (unheated), open all year round
- A beautiful 2,000 m² enclosed and private garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Afa, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 6 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport and port: Ajaccio, about 12 km away.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
