This accommodation is located 5 km from the exit of the town of Porticcio and in the immediate vicinity of the Isolella peninsula, a real natural jewel of the Gulf of Ajaccio in the seaside area of the town of Pietrosella. The strong points of this accommodation are: 1) The unobstructed 180° view of the sea, the Sanguinaires islands, the city of Ajaccio and the 2 marinas of the Isolella peninsula. 2) Proximity to beaches (12 mins walk) and shops (less than 400m)
The house includes a large terrace of more than 100m2 with sea view, sun loungers, garden furniture, large dining table and a set allowing outdoor cooking with plancha and gas barbecue, sink and refrigerator. A recent fully equipped interior kitchen opens onto a living room with a large balcony with sea view. A first bedroom (1) with private bathroom completes the ground floor. From the large terrace an outside staircase takes you to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, the master suite (2) with its private bathroom and its balcony overlooking the sea, the bedroom (3) with its bathroom on the back side of the accommodation . Finally an internal staircase leads to the last 2 bedrooms (4 and 5) which share a private bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. All rooms (6) are air-conditioned.
Many commercial and paramedical facilities are close to the house. On your left 400 M from the accommodation, at the isolella roundabout you will find a small commercial area with pharmacy, hairdresser, physio mini-market open 7 days a week, restaurant, fishmonger, butcher, and a market dedicated to local products ( Wines, cheese, charcuterie) as well as a diving club. You can also enjoy 5 straw huts and 1 small restaurant around the peninsula. A dream location for all vacationers!
