About this house rental
• Between sea, mountain and river, family house of 250 m² in a quiet area, on a wooded and riprap plot of 3500 m² at the edge of the maquis, 5 minutes from Sartène (Sub-prefecture of Corse-du-Sud) offering supermarket, shops, concerts, Corsican and night polyphonic songs animated on Thursday.
• Rentals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
• The possibilities of activities are numerous between sea (10 min. From Propriano), mountain (45 min. From Bavella) and river (10 minutes from Rizzanese) and will satisfy young and old.
• The recent house, facing the Bavella needles, offers a 180 ° unobstructed view without vis-à-vis. She understands :
… 7 bedrooms of 13 m² each with French window opening onto wooden terraces on stilts of 60 m² (without railing);
… 50 m² living room with panoramic view and wooden terrace with railing overlooking the maquis;
… 30 m² kitchen open to the living room;
… 3 bathrooms, 2 with bath;
… 3 WCs, 2 of which are separate;
… Laundromat;
… Bed and bathroom linen provided.
All comfort but unpretentious! Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction fire, children's and board games, baby equipment possible, TV, DVD, BD, trampoline (not secure), etc. (see equipment sheet).
• Secure private pool under construction (which should be completed!) of 9m x 4m (take advantage, this year's price does not yet take this service into account !!).
CONSTRUCTION WORKS WILL BEGIN ONLY ON MARCH 26. NO PHOTO WILL BE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE END OF APRIL.
• Miscellaneous:

… Roof terrace, garden and terraces of the unsecured rooms.

We had a lovely holiday and highly recommend this property. It was the perfect house for us with space for all the extended family and also a bright, large living area for spending time together. The pool is excellent and there is lots of seating in the shade or sun throughout the day. The beds are comfortable and the cooking facilities are good. There is also a well equipped gym which was popular. The house is set in a very peaceful location with amazing views.
We had a great holiday, thank you.
