About this house rental
Our house is a 2,600 square foot home containing 4 bedrooms and five bathrooms! There are water views on each side...the intracoastal waterway on one side, and the canal on the other. The house has hardwood floors throughout and spacious living areas. There are new flatscreen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room. This is a great place to gather with your family and has one of the best sunset views I've ever seen.

House was so clean and equipped with everything we could ask for! Beds were comfortable and the views were fantastic. The walk to the beach was no more than 5-10 min. Ashley was very quick to respond to our questions and, despite the rainy days, we had a wonderful stay. We plan to come back!!!

The waterway and canal are both lovely and peaceful. Sunsets are amazing from the front porches. This is a beautiful and spacious house with great amenities- each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony! The host is nice and responds so quickly. If you’re new to Holden beach, it’s bike and pedestrian friendly.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location, great for the perfect family vacation. However if you plan on using the dock please be advised it is not safe! There are loose boards and a broken post that you may be blamed for after check out. Also be aware that you are expected to fully clean this rental after being charged a $200 cleaning fee, crumbs on the counter are not acceptable! You will also be called nasty after checkout if you do not clean to the host expectations.
