family-friendly street with a private beach boardwalk just steps away.
Dogs are welcome (limit 2, 30 lbs or under), making it easy to bring your furry family members along for
the trip.
Unwind on the covered front porch featuring ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a dining area—perfect for
relaxing any time of day. Out back, enjoy a spacious sun deck with lounge chairs, plus a charcoal grill
with picnic seating and ceiling fan for outdoor meals and gatherings. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor
shower makes rinsing off after the beach easy.
Inside, the updated kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, coffee bar, and mini fridge—ideal for
entertaining and family meals. The open living and dining area offers plenty of seating with two sofas, a
recliner, and a large dining table for group gatherings.
Entertainment and convenience include five Smart TVs with streaming capability, WiFi, books, and a
