About this house rental

Beautiful 37 acre home with ATV and snowmobile trails on property. Relax in the outdoor hot tub and feel the warmth of the natural wood fireplace indoors. Catch up with family with a huge executive bar with 8 bottle wine fridge in the basement. 65" and 55" Roku TV's with Xfinity Live. Fishing and Watersports @ the Townsend Flowage a mile away. Enjoy more than 15 restaurants less than 10 minutes. Plenty of parking for snowmobile and atv trailers.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for a big family with pre-teen kids. Outdoor space was fantastic.Direct access to the UTV/ATV trail system was so convenient as the house is just off of the main North South Trail.The host's were very responsive and we especially liked the kitchen and family area.

We had 2 great days UTVing. The house is in a good location, right next to a main trail. There was 4 couples and we had plenty of room for trucks and trailers. Traveling south and east our first day, about 140 miles and south and west the next day, about 130 miles. There's plenty of places in Townsend to stop at.
