4BR beach house features 2 master suites with king beds and 2 bedrooms with full bunk beds from restoration hardware. You can comfortably sleep 12 people. This rental comes with 2 paddle boards, 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, and skim board. Prime location with the beach across the street and Lagoon access. Community pool and pier at the little lagoon where you can fish. Gulf view from the front deck. Weber gas grill.

Wife and I traveled with three teenagers and grandparents for baseball tournament. Great location. Clean, new and updated look. Well equipped for everything you want to do near the beach- towels, chairs, boards… would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was in a good location although not exactly on the beach, it was still perfect. It was very spacious and airy feeling. It was very close to other properties so noise could be a problem but it wasnt a deal breaker. There are a lot of stairs which was a problem for a couple of members in our group. All and all, I would recommend this property to others.

We loved staying at this property! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and two kids - and we spent a ton of time on the front porch, especially in the evening. Our only complaint is that it does overlook a busy main thoroughfare and pretty noisy, but the benefit to that is there is lots to see and easy access! We loved how close to the beach it was, would stay here again. Property manager was great to work with, and the property was very clean!

Enjoyed the stay! Great location and the property was in perfect condition. The location is away from the crowds which made the beach even better. Looking forward to staying here again soon.
