We got lucky with a heat spell in mid April, but the pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. We swam all day for three days straight and our daughter had a great time.

We stayed for two nights while in town for medical appointments with our children and dogs. The house was perfect, conveniently located and had everything we needed. Property manager was super responsive, even when we messaged after midnight when we first arrived and had a problem. Kids and dogs loved the backyard, and the pool was a highlight.

Super clean! Pool and grass area are in separate yards which was actually nice. We especially liked the outdoor bistro lights and fire pit. Clean and functional kitchen had everything we needed. Safe neighborhood and easy walk to montgomery village shopping, restaurants coffee shop and the grocery store.

Walked in and things looked great. After my kids showered we realized we didn’t have many towels. Went to the garage and a pile of dirty towels were sitting there, so the cleaner didn’t do it. Propane tank in fire pit and garage were empty. So we were bummed. Bedroom carpet (by shared bathroom) had stains like someone spilled coffee. Vent for oven doesn’t work. It lifts but no suction so we had to open windows. Pool was great overall but chlorine is way too strong as my daughter had to go to urgent care day 2 which was from strong chlorine effecting her where it made it hard for her to go to the bathroom. Wasn’t sure if it was the pool until day 3 when my son got a rash across his body after about an hour after exiting pool. So it confirmed what the doctor thought. I could feel the chlorine was strong too in my eyes. House was otherwise in a great spot. Pretty thin on bbq items, one specula etc. I own a VRBO and was pretty surprised by the lack of items. It is very centralized and the neighbor was super nice. I think this place is best for adults vs kids who may have issues with the pool. Overall I give it 4 stars.

The property is really nice. The house is a nice wide open space. The yard and pool are on opposite sides of the living room. The yard is very big and has a nice firepit with a couch around it. The pool is small but good size for about 5 people. We did not use the BBQ but there is one on the property. The house is incredibly clean. Lots of nice amenities, including towels, Q-Tip's, black towels for make-up, nice dishes, plastic dishes for kids, plastic glasses for outside use and wine glasses for inside. There is a coffee bar area which has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The closets are nice and big but there are no drawers to put clothing in. The beds are very comfortable and there are extra blankets in the closets. If you are looking for a place in Santa Rosa, I would recommend a stay here.

Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights to enjoy the area and run the Santa Rosa half marathon. The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very enjoyable open floor plan with big kitchen and great living space. Well decorated. Enjoyed the spa pool too. Regular pool was a bit too cold for us but maybe nicer on hotter days. Recommend leaving instructions for thermostat.

This place is a perfect turnkey getaway. Drop your bags and swim, or swing on a hammock under old growth trees that soar to the clouds, and grill. Quiet cul-de-sac. We had a great three-night stay and made a routine out of walking to Avid Coffee each early morning before hitting the Spring Lake or Annadel trails. We will be back.

Perfect accommodations, and centrally located for everything we had planned. Loved the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, and neighbors were very welcoming. My grandkids loved the pool and lovely California weather!! Well stocked kitchen. We were very happy that there were kid friendly dishes for the smaller kids. Just wished we had known there would be a highchair and playpen available, as we brought both items with us since we didn’t see those listed on the site listing. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Lovely home in Santa Rosa with plenty of space and nicely furnished. The inside of the house was immaculately clean and ready for our stay. However, in the pool my husband found a dead animal (rhymes with cat) which put an unfortunate pall on the trip. Property manager was sympathetic but given the holiday weekend, the owners were not interested in giving us any substantial discount saying that this is common and that we could vacate the property immediately leaving my family stranded for the weekend. That added a very stressful element for our vacation and we ultimately stayed at the house as we didn’t feel like we had another choice on such short notice.

The kids loved the hot tub and large yard, and the adults had a great time lounging around in the living areas. This house was very centrally located if you are there to visit the wineries. Close to some great restaurants as well. Quiet neighborhood. House itself was very clean and all the beds were comfy. The pool was fantastic as well as the hot tub. Stocked full of all the dishes, wine glasses and cooking essentials. Very opens and spacious We had 4 people and plenty of room. Easy checkin and checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

This property had good points and bad. The neighborhood was so-so but very quiet and close to many amenities. The house was pretty clean but not completely. There were several coins on the lounge chairs by the pool. It was obvious nobody had been out there to check that area. And there was wear and tear throughout the house. My husband had to remove the shower head in the en suite to clear out the holes so the water would come out when the shower was on. House is quite large and accommodated us nicely. Beds were comfy. All in all it just seemed like it wasn't quite up to the price we paid.

The house and outdoor areas were just as shown in the pics and provided a spacious, comfortable base for our few days exploring California’s wine lands. The house is on a residential road quite close to the main road so there’s some traffic noise and also a fair few aircraft overhead, during the day mainly. One aspect of the property that we did find intrusive was the very many laminated notices throughout the house instructing guests about when they can and can’t use the pool, be outside or play music. We appreciate that this is a regulatory requirement and that perhaps the neighbours aren’t happy with living close to a holiday rental house, but for us - a considerate family who just wanted to relax with our children - the overall impression felt excessively dictatorial. The manager’s communication was also a little on the curt side. I sent a long and friendly message as we checked out thanking her for our stay, explaining that we’d left the house clear and tidy as required, and noting a couple of maintenance issues we’d discovered for attention. I would have expected at least a quick thank you as reply but still haven’t heard back at all. Overall a good stay and what we expected but with a few discordant impressions as above.

1. Bed - we only stayed in the 1 room - master bedroom and the bed was very uncomfortable - spring bed. I think it would be beneficial for you to post on your listing that this is a spring bed. 2. Master Bath Shower - very little water pressure which was set up as a rain shower with no main shower head. The overhead rain shower had water residue and calcium build up on the individual spray holes so only left a few open holes for water to come out. 3. Heavy Pet Dander in the curtains & couches. I have severe allergies so when I book a place and see that there is a pet cleaning fee I would not expect to still experience such allergies or have little reaction. 4. Pool & Jacuzzi - Pool had too much chemicals as It gave my spouse a rash. We did not use the pool and jacuzzi much maybe a total of 2-3 hours during our entire stay. My spouse has a rash around the chest area. 5. Pool & Jacuzzi - The sign on how to operate the pool and jacuzzi is outdated. We followed the sign instructions only to end up calling for support and spoke with Patrick who said we have to use the hand held remote located inside. 6. TV room - no basic tv instructions available so we were unable to watch just the cable tv. 7. No TV in master bedroom.

This house was perfect for our long weekend stay! It was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops! The kitchen was well equipped. We really loved this house! Kristy was really easy to get ahold of and while we didn't run into issues during our stay, she was really communicative and would have responded right away. The house is one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in, and we were mostly using it to sleep and relax as a home base between winery tastings, and it was perfect for this - super quiet with really comfortable beds/bedding. It was also really close to shopping and food too and felt like a really safe location. Highly recommend this property for your wine country trip!

Spent over a week with our kids at this place and had a great time! The pool was great and the owner was so accommodating turning up the pool heat and turning down the hot tub for our kids! Also, great curl-de-sac for bike riding! Very clean and great amenities!
