About this house rental

Stylish vintage home on one of the prettiest streets in Santa Rosa! Ideal location for your Wine Country retreat. Walking distance to downtown with exciting restaurants, breweries and shopping, yet only a short drive (15-20 minutes) to some of the best wineries Sonoma County has to offer. Come and enjoy the modern, yet cozy decor of this beautiful 1933 home and explore the wonder of the North Bay.

The home offers two large living spaces, both with fireplaces, so there is space for everyone is enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen and great room lead out onto the back deck.

The kitchen is very well stocked with the tools and utensils you will need to prepare your meals. We provide basic essentials for cooking, such as oils and spices.

The master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk area.

Santa Rosa Short Term Rental Permit: SVR25-103. Maximum 6 guests. Please note that guests must observe the quiet hours of 9pm to 7am, as per our short term rental permit rules.

My family was in town for an event and appreciated the chance to stay in this home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and seamless. The hosts responded very promptly to questions that arose during the stay. The home is set in a lovely, walkable neighborhood and provided comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing in between other activities. We were delighted with the house. With four adults, it was the perfect size. We loved the courtyard. The neighborhood was very walkable with cute houses and beautiful gardens. We didn't venture into Santa Rosa proper - it was so nice to have the room to spread out after spending four nights in a hotel that we just wanted to stay in. The location was perfectly situated to a couple of our scheduled winery tours. The kitchen is very well-appointed and the master bathroom is luxurious!

We rented this lovely home when we were in town to see our new granddaughter. The home was impeccably clean! The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. I made big meals every night and found everything I needed in their well- equipped kitchen including nice sharp knives! Jo & Ed were extremely responsive when we had questions along the way. The neighborhood is so nice with many other well kept historic homes and you can walk into downtown Santa Rosa as well! We have rented many homes and found this to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well-maintained homes so far!

This was such an emotional and difficult weekend for us. My family attended a funeral mass for my son and we gathered after. This house was so warm, lovely and charming it was a blessing. I don’t know why but I immediately felt at home there. Everything we could have needed was available. We loved it and it was a very comforting place to stay. If they ever want to sell it I want to make the first offer💕💕💕

The photos in the listing don’t even do this place justice. The house couldn’t be any more darling. I came with 2 other couples and a 6 month old - there was plenty of space. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the wine we bought each day. All of the beds were super comfortable. The house had everything you need for a great/easy stay. Will 100 percent look this place up on our next trip to the area.

The owners had an information book with recommendations for restaurants, wineries, markets, and anything else we might need. This house made our stay very enjoyable.

This was a great property that was designed perfectly for a weekend away. It’s a drive to so Oma and Napa but for the price worth the drive. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rest of the house was very organized. The fireplaces were perfect each evening to relax and enjoy a glass of wine by. Only minor complaint was that when we arrived it smelled like an old house but we opened windows to air it out. Suggest a plug in air freshener to keep it smelling fresh. Overall great place for the price.
