Wake up to the Atlantic from the top floor of a small oceanfront building in St. Augustine Beach. This third-story condo puts the water in front of you the moment you open the door, with a wide balcony where most of the vacation tends to happen.
Inside, three bedrooms sleep up to six. The primary has a king bed, its own TV, ocean views, and a private bath with a roomy walk-in shower, a vanity, and a separate water closet. A second bedroom is set up with a queen, and the third has two single beds, which makes the place easy to share between a couple of families, grandparents with the kids, or two couples traveling together. Those two guest rooms share a refreshed bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Across 1,200 square feet, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all open into one another, so nobody is cut off while meals come together or beach bags get packed.
The kitchen is ready for real cooking: full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a center island for extra counter space. A washer and dryer in the unit keep sandy towels and swimsuits moving. You will also find air conditioning, central heat, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with cable, fresh linens and towels, and an iron and board.
Step onto the oversized terrace and the dunes and shoreline open up below, with seating ready for slow coffee in the morning or a quiet drink at the end of the day.

After spending so many SAB trips in a hotel room, we finally wanted a place that felt more like home. This property provided all of this and more - the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for all of our needs and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. Just made for a really nice vacation and hope to return soon!

Nice property except was wrongly charged because owner said we messed up remotes for TV sets which we did not do. All TV sets were turned off by the remotes when we left
