Welcome to The Villa, a newly renovated and thoughtfully designed coastal getaway just one block from the beach! Styled with comfort and simplicity in mind, this home features concrete floors, custom wood vanities, accent walls, and neutral organic linens—creating an earthy, modern vibe right here in Florida.
This spacious two-bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably (up to 6). Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area—perfect for relaxing together or preparing a family meal. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bath, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds.
After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind with a refreshing drink on your private patio. Bring your surfboard or bike—there’s a full garage to store all your beach gear!
Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, the fishing pier, and your morning donut or ice cream spot—or take a short drive to explore historic Downtown St. Augustine.
This property is Unit B of a side-by-side duplex. Traveling with another family or group? Ask about renting our sister unit next door or one of our four nearby villas to stay close together.
Parking: 2 spaces available for Unit B.
Guest Requirements: Renting guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. No parties, loud music, or events—this is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

COVID wellness/ cancelation policy:
Although we practice rigorous cleaning practices, we request that if you or a member of your party has tested positive for COVID that you refrain from staying with us in the best interest of the community and our future guests. Our cancellation policy remains the same with slight moderation: If cancellation notice is received 30 days in advance a full refund will be issued, 7-14 days is a 50% refund, while less than 7 days is non-refundable. However, in the rare instance that the less than 7 day cancelation is due to a positive COVID test, you may receive a credit to be put towards future bookings with us.

My husband and I rented this beautiful spot for our son and his new wife as a honeymoon gift. Libby was quick to communicate and help make our planning a success, even allowing Nate and Gabrielle to check in early since the home was ready. Nate and Gabrielle had only wonderful things to say about their stay. They appreciated the guest book full of suggestions and found several favorite spots to eat and get coffee thanks to Libby’s suggestions. The provisions left for them made their arrival and stay so comfortable as they didn’t need to immediately run to the store upon arrival. They also greatly appreciated the beach supplies. So while I didn’t personally stay here, our collective experiences were superb frombooking through checkout and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Everything was great! Location, clean, comfy beds, nice showers and amenities. Libby was very easy to communicate with. We would certainly come back should out travels take us back to St. Augustine.

Fantastic location and a wonderful place for a family stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. Lots of little touches made it feel extra special. Super comfortable and easy—highly recommend.
