Fantastic Oceanfront Corner Condo with Panoramic Views and Private Pool

Enjoy St. Augustine Beach in this beautiful oceanfront condo. Our unit is on the north end of the building with easy access to the beach. Parking is on the ground level underneath the building. See Ray Shores has a private pool, elevator, and private beach access.
Our condo has three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a king size bed and offers access to the oceanfront balcony. The views from this condo`s balcony are especially spectacular as they provide both a west to east and a unique south to north vantage point. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. A Queen pullout sofa in the living room and a Twin day bed with twin trundle in the front room provide extra sleeping accommodations.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare full meals for your family including a drip coffee pot. Dinner can be served at either the large dining room table or on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We also provide all linens and towels (including beach towels). Beach chairs and sand toys are also available!
Our unit at See Ray Shores is truly one of the best ways to visit St. Augustine, so be sure to book today!
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

St. Augustine has a municipal transit system, and the Sunshine Bus is a great way to get around. Also, Old Town Trolley has a beach bus connected to its downtown trolleys, which makes it easy to get to and from downtown without having to drive.
Terms and ConditionsGENERAL RULES AND POLICIESCheck in time is between 3 PM – 5pm and check out is before 10 AM. An early check-in or late check-out can be coordinated for an additional fee. This must be confirmed by the rental agent and is not guaranteed. All properties are non-smoking. If we find that there has been smoking in any common area, or on the balcony you will be charged a minimum of a $500 Cleaning Fee. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home and provided in your reservation details. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Guest may be asked to vacate a rental unit and guests will forfeit all charges on their reservation if excess occupants are found in the property. Due to security reasons, no illegal software, files, movies or music may be downloaded by guests on any computer, tablet, phone or electronic device. Endless Summer Realty or the owner may not be held liable for any illegal downloads. Neither the owner nor the manager is responsible for injury, lost, or stolen items, or any other loss or damage incurred to personal property while you are a guest. Reservations made online within 48 hours of arrival may have a delayed check-in due to availability of cleaning and reservation staff, and may be cancelled due to issues regarding the availability of the unit. Pets are only allowed in approved units and pet sizes must be approved. For units that allow pets, a non- refundable pet fee will be required. If an unauthorized pet is brought into a unit, guests may be liable for damage and repairs beyond the pet fee and will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. Guests may also be immediately charged a deposit that will only be refundable once an assessment of any damage and required cleaning due to the unauthorized pet has been completed. Endless Summer Realty Vacation Rentals reserves the right to enter any property at any time to investigate disturbances, reports of over occupancy, and unreported pets.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONSA 50 % reservation payment (50% of the total balance due inclusive of taxes and fees) is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due no less than 30 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. Please note if the 30-day final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date. All rates are plus 10. 5% tax. There is a one-time cleaning fee for each reservation. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD personal & certified checks as well as money orders. There will be a $45 Accidental Damage Insurance & 3% Processing Fee on all reservations. The Accidental Property Damage Insurance will cover up to $1,500 for accidental damages to the property, and does not include damage covered by other guest insurance policies, i. e. , car insurance covering accidental damage to property caused by a guest vehicle. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence are not covered by this policy and will result in additional costs, which will be applied to the credit card we have on file. No changes can be made within 30 days of your arrival. All payments are processed in U. S. dollars. CHECK OUT POLICYCheck out is 10 AM for all properties unless a late check out has been confirmed. Very nice furniture and beds. Very nice TV. All appliances worked very well. Very quiet. Did not hear noise from any other renters. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, accessible from two different rooms. Master bedroom and bathroom essentially take up half the square footage in the condo. The kitchen has every dish, pot, pan, and implement that you would find in a normal kitchen. Very nice condo to use for entertaining to guests. Unit has multiple beach items stocked for use by guests (including two high-end body boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys for kids, a fishing pole, insulated food bags, beach towels, etc.). The pool is really nice, really clean, and very private. The kids spent almost as much time in the pool as they spent in the ocean. Parking is amazing. Private parking area under the condo at ground level. Has parking spots for guests as well as main resident, so you can have company. Private walkway leads to a private path that goes over the dunes and right onto the beach. You will not find a more convenient beach access in Saint Augustine Beach. Realistically, I would not stay here with more than 5 people. There is a king sized bed, a queen sized bed, and a small bed in a tiny bedroom. Although the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bad, it is not a very high quality bed and I would not expect an adult to sleep comfortably on it. Really nice decor inside the condo. Tiled floor throughout. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this condo! It is just as fabulous as the pictures...if not better! The view is awesome up and down the beach and the beach access is mere steps away from the garage entrance. I could not be more pleased with the rental process or the experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning views and just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance.The beach here is wide, clean, and perfect for long walks or just relaxing with your toes in the sand. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings and beach gear. You can really tell the owners take pride in keeping the place welcoming and guest-ready.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy the best of St. Augustine Beach!
