Come stay in your own luxurious Oceanfront Condo. From the moment you step into this vacation paradise you will experience the tranquility that comes from living directly on the ocean! The Atlantic Ocean is the main attraction of the family room. The view, the comfortable couches and chairs, the gentle sound of the ocean waves rolling in—a perfect place for you to relax. At night enjoy your favorite programs on the large flat screen TV.
In the morning, step out of the sliding glass doors to the large balcony to sip your morning coffee. You will enjoy the breathtaking views for miles from the second story balcony, master bedroom, family room and kitchen! The master suite is complete with a king sized bed, TV, beautiful jacuzzi tub and vanity area. Watch the sunrise from your bed every morning! The second bedroom has a queen bed. This bedroom has a brand new, completely renovated bathroom with gorgeous shower and vanity area. A third bedroom is equipped with a murphy bed and is the perfect spot for a quiet read. Hitting the beach is easy as we have beach towels, chairs and toys.
Spend your mornings on the beach, your afternoon by the pool and your nights eating in fabulous restaurants in St. Augustine.
This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Great condo. Balcony from both the bedroom and living room looking out on the ocean. Little touches like multiple shower heads and bidets on the toilets we're nice touches. Kitchen was well stocked; both bath and beach towels provided; covered personal parking; elevator; private walkway to the beach; cable TV; keypad security entrance; walking distance to great restaurants; easy check in/out. We'll be back!!

Great location quite convenient to Jacksonville Daytona Orlando. Nice pool. Only issue, we stayed in 202 when the cleaning staff was cleaning 302's balcony (we assumed) with mop water. It drained down on our balcony for a few minutes. No one got wet no one was hurt it's just not the type image you what to present to your guests. Would i recommend this property to a friend in the future sure.

Need to be cleaned better (dead roaches in some of the drawers) When we arrived, only one shower was working. Three shower heads each in 2 showers for 6 total. When we arrived 1 hd was working. When we left 2 were working.
