We are a relaxed restaurant with rooms right on the cliff top in Barton on Sea, overlooking the Solent and Christchurch Bay. We love to welcome guests to this amazing area; there’s so much to do, from the woodland and trails of the New Forest.
Both the restaurant and the terrace bar are firmly, and independently established as great places to eat in Barton on Sea, as well as meet, drink and relax!
Pebble Beach is the perfect choice to gather and enjoy a meal, from our seasonal A la Carte menu created by our head chef Sam Hughes and his team for a perfect cliff top dining experience.
For every occasion capturing the Mediterranean ambiance, with vibrant atmosphere our cocktails can be enjoyed inside or with a sea view on the terrace. With a vibrant selection of wines to choose from, you will be sure to find the perfect glass for your palate. Our wines are carefully selected by expert sommeliers for every season.
We pride ourselves of comfortable 3 double rooms, a beautiful spacious penthouse with large roof terrace offering stunning views out to sea. For a perfect seaside experience on the cliff top come dine with us, and discover the philosophy behind our seasonal Mediterranean menu.

The view from the terrace was amazing with the Needles on the Isle of Wight in the distance. Breakfast was great. There was a good choice and it was beautifully cooked. The room was clean and comfortable although a little cramped and the restricted headroom bath was more awkward than I expected. Service was excellent.

Stayed overnight to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. First impressions of Pebbles were excellent. Warm welcome, very relaxing and stunning location. We had drinks and dinner.
It's pushing Michelin starred prices and I've had better food in my local bistro. I had dressed crab followed by Plaice. It was nice enough. But not special to justify the price tag.
Compared to e.g. 36onthequay in Emsworth where we've stayed recently, the food was a whole level below. Prices are similar, tho
