Location was good enough for me and family. Many groceries shop and restaurant nearby but you still need transport. Facilities of the building is good and cleans. The guard also very friendly and very helpful.

This unit can be better if some leakage and broken part in bathroom were repaired. Some of the part of the unit need attention such as the laundry area.

nice, clean, feels so homey. swimming pool is big and kids friendly easily accessible to restaurants, grocery shop, petrol pumps, etc. owner is very helpful and nice.
